CROSS-DOCKING & TRANSLOADING

Cross-docking and transloading that keeps your freight moving

Cross-docking

Less time in the warehouse, more time on the road

Cross-docking moves freight from an inbound truck or container straight to outbound trucks, with little or no time in storage. Concord Wholesale receives your freight, sorts it by destination, builds outbound loads and gets them back on the road, which cuts storage costs and shortens the time from port or plant to your customers. Our Vernon, California location is close to the Port of Long Beach, so containers reach our dock quickly.

Transloading does the same for ocean freight: we unload international containers and reload the cargo into domestic trailers, so you can return the container quickly and ship full truckloads inland.
