We supply only extra virgin olive oil, so every case carries the fresh, fruity flavor your dressings, sauces and dishes are built on.

Every order is backed by the paperwork your QA team asks for. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and facility audit documentation are available on request.

Food safety is where our work starts. Our FSQA team holds every supplier to strict standards, from the soil the product is grown in to how it is harvested, handled, processed, stored and shipped. We work with farms and processing facilities certified to GFSI-recognized standards such as SQF, BRCGS and FSSC 22000, and we verify them with in-house checklists and third-party inspections. We love food, and we source every ingredient as if it were going on our own table. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and audit documentation are available on request.

Olive Oil FAQs

What olive oil do you supply?

100% extra virgin olive oil in certified organic and conventional options. Bulk, foodservice and private label pack formats are available on request.

What makes olive oil extra virgin?

Extra virgin olive oil is extracted from olives by mechanical means only, without heat or chemical solvents, and it must meet strict limits for free acidity and pass taste standards with no flavor defects. It is the highest grade of olive oil.

Is your olive oil blended with other oils?

No. We supply 100% extra virgin olive oil only, not blends or refined 'pure' or 'light' olive oils.

What is the difference between organic and conventional extra virgin olive oil?

Both meet the same extra virgin standards. Organic extra virgin olive oil comes from certified organic olives and processing, for products and menus that carry an organic claim. Certificates are available on request.

Can extra virgin olive oil be used for cooking?

Yes. Extra virgin olive oil works for sautéing, roasting and baking, as well as for dressings, dips and finishing, where its fresh, fruity flavor shows most.

What specifications can you provide for olive oil?

Our spec sheets cover grade, free acidity and quality parameters. Product-specific COAs, organic certificates, allergen statements and facility audit documentation are available on request.

How should olive oil be stored?

Store olive oil sealed, in a cool, dark place away from heat and light, which break down its flavor. Use older stock first and keep containers closed between uses.

How do I get pricing, a sample or a spec sheet?

Use the Request a Quote form on this page or request product documentation, and our team will follow up with a spec sheet, samples and pricing for your volume.
