Rolled oats, quick oats, steel-cut oats and oat flour, with certified gluten-free options. Custom specifications, pack formats and private label are available on request.
All three start as whole oat groats. Rolled oats are steamed and flattened into flakes. Quick oats are rolled thinner and cut smaller, so they cook and absorb liquid faster. Steel-cut oats are chopped rather than rolled, so they stay chewy and take longest to cook.
Oats do not contain gluten, but regular oats can come into contact with wheat, barley or rye during growing and milling. For products labeled gluten-free, we supply certified gluten-free oats.
Oat flour is used in baking mixes, cookies, pancakes, gluten-free baked goods, snack bars and oat beverages. It adds a mild, slightly sweet flavor and helps keep baked goods moist.
Our spec sheets cover flake size, moisture, gluten testing for certified gluten-free oats and microbiological limits. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and facility audit documentation are available on request.
Yes. Kosher-certified oats are available on request. Ask our team for the certificates for the product you need.
Store oats in sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity. Oats absorb odors, so keep them away from strong-smelling products. Rotate stock first in, first out.
