Yes. We supply frozen purées including blueberry, strawberry, mango, passion fruit, guava, pineapple, lime, dragon fruit, apple and more, in pasteurized and unpasteurized options.
We offer both. Pasteurized purées are for drinks and other uses with no cooking step. Unpasteurized frozen purées are for manufacturers whose own process includes a kill step, such as baking or pasteurizing an ice cream mix. Each spec sheet shows the treatment.
