Garlic powder, granulated garlic and minced garlic. Custom particle sizes, pack formats and private label are available on request.
Garlic powder is finely ground and disperses quickly in liquids, so it suits sauces, dressings and soups. Granulated garlic is coarser, like sand, so it flows better, clumps less and is easier to blend evenly in rubs and seasoning mixes.
Use powder for sauces, dressings, soups and dry mixes. Use granulated garlic for seasoning blends, rubs and shakers. Use minced garlic when you want visible garlic pieces in marinades, sauces and meat products.
Our spec sheets cover particle size, moisture, particle size range and microbiological limits. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and facility audit documentation are available on request.
Dehydrated garlic is concentrated, so a small amount delivers the flavor of much more fresh garlic, with no peeling, no waste and a much longer shelf life.
Store garlic powder in sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity. Reseal opened bags right away to protect flavor, color and flow, and rotate stock first in, first out.
We ship to all 50 states, to manufacturing plants, co-packers and distribution centers.
