Frozen Mango Sourcing & Documentation

Fresh mango has a short harvest season, while demand from beverage and dessert menus runs all year. Frozen at peak ripeness, mango keeps its sweetness and color, so you can plan purchasing months ahead.

Every order is backed by the paperwork your QA team asks for. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and facility audit documentation are available on request, and certified organic formats are available too.

Frozen Mango FAQs

What frozen mango formats do you supply?

IQF mango chunks, IQF natural-cut chunks, IQF diced mango, IQF mango halves, IQF bits and pieces, and frozen mango purée. Custom cuts, pack formats and private label are available on request.

Which frozen mango format should I use?

Use IQF chunks or natural-cut chunks when pieces should stay whole and separate, as in smoothies, bowls and toppings. Use diced mango when a recipe needs a uniform cut, such as salsas, fillings and bakery inclusions. Use halves for plated desserts and presentations where a whole-fruit look matters. Use bits and pieces as a cost-effective option for blending, smoothies and fruit preparations where shape doesn't matter. Use purée for a smooth, even base in beverages, sorbets and sauces.

What does IQF mean?

IQF stands for individually quick frozen. Each piece is frozen separately, so the fruit stays free-flowing instead of freezing into a block. You can portion exactly what you need and keep the rest frozen.

How should frozen mango be stored and handled?

Keep frozen mango at 0°F (-18°C) or colder. IQF pieces can go straight from the freezer into blenders and production. Thaw purée under refrigeration, and do not refreeze product once it has thawed.

Do you offer organic frozen mango?

Yes. Certified organic formats are available on request.

What food safety documentation do you provide?

Our mango comes from farms and processing facilities certified to GFSI-recognized food safety standards such as SQF, BRCGS and FSSC 22000. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and audit documentation are available on request.

Can I use frozen mango in fruit tea and boba drinks?

Yes. Mango purée gives fruit teas and slushies their color and sweetness, and IQF diced mango adds fruit pieces at the bottom of the cup. Thaw under refrigeration and portion with a measure for a consistent build.
