Bulk white quinoa, red quinoa, black quinoa and tri-color quinoa. Custom blends, pack formats and private label are available on request.
White quinoa is the mildest and cooks the softest. Red quinoa holds its shape better and has a slightly nuttier flavor. Black quinoa is the firmest and crunchiest. Tri-color mixes all three for color and texture.
Quinoa is naturally gluten-free. Gluten-free and kosher-certified options are available on request for products that carry those labels.
A common ratio is about 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa, simmered for around 15 minutes until the grains are tender and the germ separates. Red and black quinoa may need a few extra minutes.
Quinoa naturally has a bitter coating called saponin. Most commercial quinoa is washed or polished to remove it; check the spec sheet, and rinse before cooking if your process requires it.
Our spec sheets cover moisture, foreign material, saponin and microbiological limits. Product-specific COAs, allergen statements and facility audit documentation are available on request.
Store quinoa in sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity. Rotate stock first in, first out.
Use the Request a Quote form on this page or request product documentation, and our team will follow up with a spec sheet, samples and pricing for your volume.
